If you're new to RiskKey, or just have alot of projects in various other formats importing can often save you a considerable amount of time. Importing objectives works very similarly to importing assessments, but is slightly more involved. Just like with importing assessments you'll need to ensure the following are in place before you begin.

  1. Make sure that you already have a project to import into.
  2. The project must be an "Audit Workflow." This can be adjusted under your "Settings" tab from within the project.
  3. Make sure that the project already has defined risk categories.

If those two conditions have been met then you can navigate to your "Objectives" tab, select your category, and click the option to "Import Objectives." It should look something like this:

When you click the "Import Objectives" link it'll take you here:

From this screen you can copy and paste the info you want to enter. The trick is that it must be in CSV (Comma-Separated Values) format. RiskKey will automatically format the data you paste in the column order specified ("Requirements" and "Standards").

When you're finished, click "save." RiskKey will give you the opportunity to review your data before actually adding it to your existing project.

You can repeat this process for each Risk Category that you like.
