As you've probably heard before RiskKey is designed to help you get your arms around your compliance world. As a result, there are certain times when you need to be alerted about the things going on in that world. If a recommendation is completed in a category where you are the assigned auditor, you need to know. If a recommendation is accepted or rejected, those assigned should hear about it.RiskKey is here to help.

In most cases, you will be informed by email throughout the day, but don't worry... we won’t flood your inbox. If there's a lot going on in RiskKey, you'll receive a digest of the latest with links back to the app - so look forward to only a few messages on a very busy day. Also, as you might guess, anytime someone sends you a RiskKey message, you will receive a corresponding notice in your email inbox.

In short, you will see a notification when:

• your assigned recommendation is approved, denied or re-opened
• a recommendation is completed in a category where you are the auditor or assessor
• any recommendation is completed, approved, denied or re-opened in a project where you are the lead
• when a message is sent to you
