What are Resolutions?

Resolutions work similarly to those pesky little things made around New Year's Eve every year.

Once something has been identified that needs to be changed a recommendation is made within RiskKey in response. The actual "resolution" involves the steps taken to fix the problem. See below for an example.

Here we see that the "recommendation" is that an audit charter be created. In this case, management agrees with the recommendation and has decided to "mitigate the risk." It appears that the actual "resolution" will involve Amanda working with the Audit Committee to create this charter. We can see that responsibility and a deadline have also been formally set.

Please note that these can be edited at any time. To see the rest of the workflow concerning recommendations and resolutions please see the recommendations section.
