If you're asking how to do document requests and/or document request lists, congratulations. You're getting into some of the more sophisticated (and helpful) features of our little product.
To create a document request simply click on the "Files" tab in your menu bar (pictured below).

Then click on "New Document Request" link. That will take you to the next screen:

From here, as you can see, we have three fields. Let's talk a little about each.
First, the category field. This field will allow you to categorize the files you're requesting by their corresponding Risk Category defined by the "Assessments" Screen. In other words, the categories that show up here will be identical to the categories that have been created under the Assessments tab in the menu bar. You can also add a category from the list of options if necessary.
Secondly, we have the standard field. This is an optional field, but is there to help label and identify the document. If the document request being made is in regard to a particular piece of legislation (Ex: GLBA, BSA) or regulatory framework (ex: Cobit) then you can reference that here.
Lastly, the description field is used to provide just that... a description of the document you're looking for. If you're looking for an Audit Charter than the description you're looking for is going to be "Audit Charter." Likewise if you're looking for a Business Impact Analysis (as we're using in this example) the proper description would be "Business Impacty Analysis." Basically, you want the description you provide to help others know what document you're looking for.
When finished, click the "save" button and you'll be returned to the original "Files" screen.
In order to edit a document request simply navigate to the Risk Category that contains your document and click on the "+" sign to the right to expand the category. You can also search for the file by clicking the "All Files" link to search for it if needed. Once you have expanded the appropriate category, you should see something similar to this:

From here you can click on the edit link to edit and the delete link to delete. You can also provide additional comments, assign an individual responsible for uploading the file, actually upload the file and/or mark the request fulfilled depending on which stage in the game you find yourself.
Note: In certain cases, one individual might be need to be assigned responsibility for tracking down all requested documents. When this is the case you can click the "mass assign" link.
When finished click the "save" button to return to the "Files" screen.
Repeat these steps as many times as necessary.
