If you haven't already be sure to check out What are Templates? to understand how to browse templates.

Once you've found a template you want to use and have either identified or created the project you want to apply it to, then navigate to the "Overview" tab within your project. It should look something like this:

Click the "Apply a template to this project" link and you should see the following screen:

From this screen you have several options, including:

  • Previously Imported Templates - In some cases you may want to re-apply a template that you have already used in the past. This is where you click to see these templates, and only those templates that have already been applied to your project (if any) will appear.
  • Our Templates - This will list any templates that you have created that remain private to your company.
  • Public Templates - This bucket contains all templates that have been publicly shared with the RiskKey community.
  • Copy from another project - As the name suggests this allows you to copy all the data from other existing projects. For instance, if you want to import last year's project to this year you can do that here. Now you only have to tweak and update where necessary.

When you've found the template you want to use simply click the "apply template" button.

Note: Be careful when you're navigating through these pages. Each of the templates is hyperlinked so if you click on it, you'll end up browsing through the template. You'll have to navigate back to the template screen in order to actually apply the template.
