The Assessment Box

The Assessments box reflects activity performed under the "Assessments" tab. Incomplete assessments are those assessments where the safeguard has not yet been evaluated. The total number of assessments are the total number listed under the "Assessments" tab on your particular project. Progress is weighed based on the number of assessments available versus the number that have been completed.

The Objectives Box

The Objectives box reflects activity performed under the "Assessments" tab. Incomplete objectives are those objectives where the "deliverable" has not yet been collected or "observations/comments" concerning the control objective has not yet been made. The total number of objectives are the total number listed under the "Objectives" tab on your particular project. Progress is weighed based on the number of objectives available versus the number that have been completed.

The Resolutions Box

Both "Assessments" or "Control Objectives" that are in need of improvement will often be accompanied by a "recommendation." The total number of recommendations is collected in this box. A recommendation is incomplete if it does not have a management response associated with it. Progress is weighed by comparing the number of recommendations with management responses to the number of recommendations without.
